Balloons Over Bend kicked off this morning with a balloon launch at Riverbend Park. I had a bird’s eye view of the event, from the basket of the Re/Max balloon. And don’t forget, the Balloons Over Bend Children’s Festival takes over Riverbend Park Saturday and Sunday.
