Eli, his dad, Justin, and six other climbers made the journey to raise money for The Elisha Foundation and children with disabilities. The Reimers trained in the Cascades for a year before making the 70-mile hike in the Himalayan mountains. The trek to the South Base Camp in Nepaul, which sits at 17,600, took 19 days to complete.
