Big Screen Options for the BCS Championship in Bend and Beyond

Want to see the Ducks on a big, big screen? Check out these locations in Bend.

OK, it's finally here. For University of Oregon fans (and the legions of other Oregonians who've been caught up in the frenzy) the wait for the BCS National Championship is over. The Ducks face off against Auburn tonight at 5:30pm on ESPN.

If you want to watch the championship matchup with your fellow fans, there are plenty of places to check out the game in Central Oregon, including a few options on big, big screens. Here are just a few places to check out the game -- but pretty much every establishment in the state will have the game on.

McMenamins Old St. Francis School: The venerable bar establishment is screening the game in its theater. Get there early to snag a seat on a comfy couch. Otherwise, it's probably standing room only.

Tower Theatre: The Tower is calling this event "Tailgate in the Tower" and for a $25 entry fee, you get access to a buffet from Baldy's BBQ as you watch the game on the Tower big screen.

Pine Theater: If you're out in Prineville, you can watch the game at the historic Pine Theater where $10 gets you a sub sandwich and a soda. Beer and wine will also be on hand.

Summit Saloon and Stage: The Summit's upstairs big screen provides a sharp picture and plenty of seating.

If all these places are busy, don't worry. Again, everywhere will have the game on.
