A little over a year ago, Blind Pilot — at the time a buzzed-about, but mostly little-known indie folk act — played the Sisters Folk Festival. Within months, the Portland band’s popularity exploded, thanks to the strength of the band’s album, 3 Rounds and a Sound.

Blind Pilot plays tonight at the Tower Theater as part of the PDXchange Program. Folky bands like this tend to sound awesome in the Tower and this show is no exception.

Equally cool is opening act, Bendite Sara Jackson-Holman, who shares both a record label and some band members with Blind Pilot.

The show is at 8pm and tickets are just $15. All ages welcome.
