If you’re looking for a way to raise your blood pressure on a cool June evening, The Central Oregon Progressive Alliance (not to be confused with the Central Oregon Pediatric Association) may have the recipe in a screening of the sure-to-infuriate “Koch Brothers Exposed” from leftist expose specialist Robert Greenwald whose previous documentaries have skewered other right wing villains including Rupert Murdoch and Wal-Mart. (Outfoxed, The High Cost of Low Price, respectively).
The event is free and open to the public at the Downtown Library’s Brook’s Room.

The only difference is that Social Security is ran by our government.
Well that and that fact that instead of a marginal set of tupperware or the loss of your savings, you end up with guaranteed retirement income. But if this will inconvenience the one percent, by all means let’s do away with it forthwith. Long live free market capitalism—bank bailouts, oil subsidies and all!
