Spring in Bend is a tease. It gets you all worked up by giving you one or two warm, sunny days and then smacks you in the face with winter again. Based on 25 years of suffering through Bend winters, I know that consistently sunny and (relatively) warm weather will not arrive until mid-June. And the way this year has been going, it might be considerably later than that.
