The roof at the former Ray’s Food Place just off Century Drive on Bend’s west side has collapsed.  Following are pictures and a video provided by the Bend Fire Department.  About two-thirds of the roof collapsed at around 9:30 am.  The building has been vacant for years and nobody was inside when the roof collapsed.  Rain overnight added extra weight to the heavy snow causing the collapse.
