Kayo’s Dinner House, the longtime Bend eatery that moved to Third Street last year, has rebranded its lounge, which is now known as The Marilyn Room.

The lounge, which will be hosting live music on most Friday and Saturday nights, is decorated with Marilyn Monroe paraphernalia from the late 1950s/early 1960s. Hence the name, The Marilyn Room.

The venue is open, with happy hour specials on drinks and food, and features JZ Band and Anastacia on Friday night and Franchot Tone on Saturday night. Both of those shows begin at 7:30pm.

And here’s perhaps the most intriguing aspect of the Marilyn Room — every 13th drink poured is free.
