WORDS—Screw rock stars, we word nerds love a good lit tour. Oregon Book Award winners Kari Luna, author of “The Theory of Everything” and a self-identified whimsicologist (not to be confused with Cari Luna, Oregon author of “The Revolution of Every Day”), and essayist Elena Passarello, whose “Let Me Clear My Throat” deconstructs the deeper meaning of the sounds we make, read from their books.
