Steely Dan
STONER MUSIC—Throughout the early 70s, Steely Dan found the perfect easy-going vibe for a paradoxical era, a confusing yet oddly laidback time. (And, little bit of trivia: Band’s first drummer? Chevy Chase!)
6:30 pm. Les Schwab Amphitheater. $45 – $99.

  1. Chevy Chase was never in Steely Dan. He played drums with Walter Becker and Donald Fagen two or three times when they were undergrads in various amateur bands at Bard College. Steely Dan was formed over two years later after Becker and Fagen moved to Los Angeles. Their first drummer was Jim Hodder.
