But for many people, spending a day immersed in nature offers something beyond a momentary thrill. For some, natural beauty is also a font of creativity.
As Jason Graham, who’s featured in the following pages as Bend’s first creative laureate put it, “spending a day on the mountain should give you lots to say!”
