Today, Rise Up International, the arts organization that has been booking excellent concerts at Pakit Liquidators (including a rocking New Year’s day show with Larry and his Flask, Hopeless Jack and the Handsome Devil, Dirty Kid Discount and the Slaughter Daughters), announced via Facebook that next Saturday’s Black Pussy show will be the last until spring 2014 at the junk yard turned venue.

It’s a sad day for music lovers in Bend who are running short on active indoor venues during the long winter months. We look forward to many more wonderful shows at Pakit in the upcoming year despite the hiatus.
