An attorney for Deschutes County District Attorney Patrick Flaherty has subpoenaed an array of documents and electronically stored information (i.e. texts, emails and videos) as part of the discovery phase of an ongoing lawsuit.

Individuals who have received subpoenas include former Deschutes County District Attorney Mike Dugan and Deschutes County legal counsel Mark Pilliod. Representatives of the Department of Justice have also received a subpoena.
