If you’re like a lot of lovers of a good celestial spectacle, you may need an extra shot of espresso to help yourself wake up this morning.

Gazing at a rare super blue blood moon is a task best left for the dead of night (or morning), after all. 

Thanks to Observatory Manager Grant Tandy of the Worthy Garden Club Hopservatory for sharing this photo taken through the telescope at the Hopservatory last night. Just wow. 

The Worthy Garden Club Hopservatory will be open tonight (Jan. 31) from 7 to 9 pm if you’re looking to get your own look at the full moon through that telescope.
