Niagara Falls is one of those places where you can forget its beauty because the falls are surrounded by cheesy attractions in Canada and by rather squalid urban areas on the American side. But the falls are still impressive. To show the American falls in the best light, available I shot them around sunset just before dusk. You need a tripod really to get good waterfall photos. Here the long exposure and the soft light worked wonders. This image was taken with a 6×7 Ashai Pentax Camera. I’m still using Fuji Velvia Film.
