I like Weezer and I like Snuggies. Well, to be more accurate, I love Weezer and I like the idea of Snuggies.
That’s just a little background as to why the following information is so breathtakingly awesome: Today, the day on which Weezer is releasing it’s new record, Raditude, the band is offering a deal in which you can get a Weezer Snuggie with your copy of the new record.
Hell yes. Talk about a marriage made in heaven – the champions and originators of geek rock teaming up with likely the geekiest (albeit possibly practical) clothing/bedding item known to man. Don’t believe me? Check out the infomercial below for the Weezer Snuggie.
Raditude is Weezer’s seventh full-length studio release and the fourth of which that isn’t self-titled. I still haven’t heard all the tracks yet, but there’s a definitely a punk rock edge on some of this stuff. That said, it’s still largely pop rock gold. Check out he video for the single “(If You’re Wondering if I Want You To) I Want You To.”
