FYI, commuters. The Third Street underpass will be closed overnight—from 7 pm to 7 am—on either Wednesday or Thursday of next week, depending on weather and the availability of subcontractors, according to a press release from the City of Bend. Contractor Jack Robinson and Sons, Inc. will be laying down permanent striping and address some other miscellaneous maintenance issues. Detours will send traffic to Wilson Avenue, Ninth Street and Franklin Avenue.
