Yessir, we’s throwing an Urban Cowboy Party on Friday, April 27 (that’s in three weeks, yew hear?). Maverick’s Country Bar and Grill is hosting this here thang.

We’s gonna have live music (Harley Bourbon and Boxcar Stringband), a bull-ridin’ competition and prizes for the best damn cowboy git-up. ‘Course there’ll be plenty of boozin’ and rable-rousing, ’cause, well, hell…drinkin’ is fun!

Yew can sign up fer the bull ridin’ at bendticket.com, but we’s only got space for 20 of y’all, so do that soon.

The whole things is free, ’cause by Gawd we love our damn Source readers.
