  1. Maybe nothing can be done about it, but on hot summer days, the stormwater drain under the shade trees at the west corner of the plaza reeks of dog poop. It’s a pity because the nice tables and chairs under those trees would otherwise be perfect places to enjoy the scene, but they are right over the drain, and the odor is powerful. No fun to sit there. Feh.
