Yep. All we need is another leftwing loonie as governor. Why, maybe we can even top Denmark as the highest taxed entity in the world. Wouldn’t that be a nice reference for getting businesses to come here.
Oh well, it isn’t as if we didn’t have the second highest, or is it the highest now, unemployment rate in the US.
You’re getting to be quite a bore, Swipies. So predictable.
We’re fourth-highest in unemployment at 11.9%. Michigan’s #1, of course. But guess who’s #2? Nevada, with 12.5% unemployment — and a Republican governor. Rhode Island is #3 at 12.7% And only one-tenth of a percent behind us is South Carolina — not exactly known as a stronghold of left-wing loonies.
Meanwhile, Massachusetts, arguably the most liberal state, is at 8.8% — well below many red states.
Your simplistic attempts to “prove” that Democratic government = poverty and Republican government = prosperity are not doing much for your credibility.
