I was disgusted to read the article on the freeing of journalists Laura Lee and Euna Ling.

They had risked their lives to research the female slave trade (sex trafficking) in North Korea. Women and girls in poor parts of the world are sold into prostitution and spend their lives as human depositories for men.

That he does not take these women or their work seriously, or even the work of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, who has been involved in politics since age 15 and needs no coaching from her husband, is the kind of misogyny that keeps women oppressed.

McMenaminuses calls Lee and Ling “journalists.” I call him a “writer.”
