This is in response to Kenneth Judkins letter in the Aug 20th issue. Kenneth, you question the citizenship of President Obama and cite the fact that his birth certificate says “certificate of live birth” instead of “birth certificate” as proof. You challenged us readers to look at our own birth certificates to clearly see that it would say “birth certificate” not “certificate of live birth”. So I did just that. I gave birth to a little girl this January at St. Charles Medical Center, or so I thought. It turns out that my daughter also has a birth certificate that doesn’t say “birth certificate” it says “CERTIFICATE OF LIVE BIRTH!” Just like Mr. Obama’s birth certificate. Should I also question the citizenship of my daughter or should I take my head out of my ass and do some intelligent research and thinking before making serious accusations against another?

I don’t know why people are still talking about birth certificates. Citizenship is not the issue. “Natural-born citizen” is the issue and U.S. case law defines it as being born on U.S. territory of two U.S. citizen parents. Obama admits his father was not a U.S. citizen, so it doesn’t matter where he was born: He is not a NBC and is, therefore, ineligible to be POTUS.
But what are we going to DO about the Obamacert issue? The whining is getting really tiresome

Well, you could call your congress critters, and tell them to set the record straight, and demand that Obama release his long form birth certificate, and support the Constitution. Afterall, they are quite willing to demand information of others. Maybe Waxman could have a hearing on the subject. ROFLMAO

Well, you could get your head out of your ass and do some research, however, I think it has been there for so long your might need surgical help.
Now, no one has said that some States do not issue “Certificates of Live Birth”. However, as JB posted in another thread Or., Co., etc. issue “Certificates of Live Birth” that have the doctors name, color of eyes, hair, etc., on it. Obama’s does not so they are not the same.
Can you grasp the difference? Is it too hard for you?
Now, if yours doesn’t then perhaps you should call Vital Statistics and ask if a long form is available. Here is what one looks like as required by law:

I noticed on the certificate of live birth that has been posted on the internet. that the mother’s race lisst as caucasian. fathers race as african. No such race, African is a continent. his father was black or as we learned in school, negro.
makes you wonder when this certificate was originated. Also as noted above, on most certificates there is a place to name the people or person who witnessed this birth. Could be a Doctor, nurse midwife, relative or janitor for all l know. but someone had to be there to verify the birth. It would be interesting to research other certificates from there in 1961 and see how they are written.
Remember at the very beginning of his run his still living relative in Kenya stated that she was there for his birth. Where are those tapes?
There is too much hidden in his history. His schooling, who paid for it and what was the status of his scholarship Remember how all of this was on the news and internet ? Where are these tapes? managing the news again, N.B.C C.B.S & A.B.C,? Asked someone at a local station why the news was so slanted his way and was told ” That is where the money is” keep praying folks and tell him he had better stay out of Dallas and Memphis, Glad to see his rateing going down. Means some people are learning.
