And then, incomprehensibly, Obama states: “Religion should not dictate a state’s approach to gay rights!” It’s time for your reality check Obama, you can’t have it both ways. Stick with your 1996 statement. That felt like it was from your unpoliticized heart. (If you’re unfamiliar with “Stonewall,” it’s the name given to the beginning of the gay equality movement that began in 1969, following a raid on a gay bar, Stonewall Inn, in Greenwich Village.)
