I congratulate the Mormon Church as difficult as that is for their stance on giving gays equal rights in housing and employment, i.e. an anti-discrimination ordinance, long overdue. A giant step for the Mormon Church, in the face of their belief that homosexuality is a sin! They hold this belief in spite of the fact that gays are born predisposed to homosexuality – it’s innate. It could be a sin perhaps, if it was a choice, but it’s not! Their next giant step will be the realization that gays are equal in rights to Mormons. Equality of all people is stated in amendment 14, Sec. 1 of the U.S. Constitution. The Mormon Church must think again before opposing gay marriage to their equals! I look forward to congratulating the Church at that time. But, will I live long enough?

Mormons don’t believe homosexuality to be a sin. One man putting his junk in another man’s bum is a sin though….
If having sex with the same sex isn’t a sin then why does the Bible say it is, tha gays just can’t handle the truth. If they want Equality then let’s bring back poligamy and not out law it then.
I get a great laugh out of American homophobia and I don’t usually bother to “join in” (haw haw) but I’d like to point out to Mr Wogekowski and Mr Potter that masturbation is also a sin; as is fellatio and anal sex.
While I’m at it, so is divorce; let’s not forget lust, greed, pride, envy, sloth, rage, the worship of wealth and objects… holy schmoly!!!!! That means The American Way of Life is a SIN!!!!!!! OMG!
Mr Potter, here’s the truth. Research has shown that latent homosexuality is strongest amongst homophobic males! Who’d’ve thunk?
So guys: Judge not lest you be judged. Or as Michael Jackson put it, “Start with the man in the mirror”
God bless
