Dear Boot,

So that’s what’s wrong with Bend? Goose poop that hinders using the park? You’re given a column to bitch about anything you want and you pick geese? What’s wrong with you?

You wasted half a page and go off about how bird droppings ‘ruin’ the park? And then you mock the people who try and fix it!

Well I know life sucks, however complaining about bird shit should be really low on the list. You could have used that space to actually tell your readership something useful. You could have used it to talk about social issues, state funding, or how the economy is affecting people in Central Oregon… I can think of a long list of things.

So Boot, I’m giving you the boot for wasting my time… .
