We agree!

For our first Beer Issue, we have pulled apart beer by its four main ingredientsโ€”water, hops, malt and yeastโ€”and then lent a particular eye (taste bud?) toward how each of these fundamentals are evolving, and how the industry is changing. Roger Worthington gives us an education about harvesting hops (pg. 12), and Larry Sidor from Crux Fermentation Project explains how they factor malts into their bold tastes (pg. 14), and GoodLife predicts that cans are the vessel of choice for the fully evolved beer drinker (pg. 19).
