Jon Paul Crimi’s journey began at rock bottom. Struggling with addiction, he reached a point where life felt unmanageable, and traditional approaches offered little relief. Sobriety became his first breakthrough, but it was a Breathwork class that completely transformed his life. The experience was so profound that he knew he had to share it with others. What started as a personal healing practice became a calling, and Jon Paul dedicated himself to helping people achieve breakthroughs in their own lives.

Originally from Boston, Jon Paul moved to Los Angeles in his early 20s. There, he quickly became a sought after sober coach and wellness guide for A-list celebrities, including Oscar and Grammy winners, Olympic gold medalists, and top executives. Jon Paul found Breathwork through close friend Matthew Perry, which further deepened his connection to recovery and healing work.

Yet he didn’t stop there. Seeing the power of Breathwork firsthand, he developed a unique style stripped of the new-age fluff to make this ancient practice accessible and practical for anyone, from high-powered CEOs to everyday people seeking transformation.

With over 15 years of experience, Jon Paul has facilitated workshops, corporate retreats, private coaching, and teacher trainings, both in person and online. He pioneered online Breathwork long before it became common. He has led some of the largest in-person Breathwork gatherings, including a 900-person class in Switzerland, and has also facilitated Breathwork at Tony Robbins events, bringing the practice into some of the largest personal development stages in the world. Even when the world went into lockdown, his online classes allowed him to continue reaching hundreds of thousands globally. His simple yet powerful circular breathing technique offers immediate relief from stress and anxiety while holding the potential to move through years of trauma, depression, and grief. First-time participants often describe it as “twenty years of therapy without saying a word.”

Jon Paul’s no-nonsense East Coast approach, combined with his commitment to accessibility, has earned him recognition in major media outlets and top podcasts and shows. But for him, the greatest reward is witnessing transformation. Every day, he helps people reconnect with their most authentic selves, turning what once felt like hopeless struggle into lives of fulfillment, clarity, and purpose.

Today, Jon Paul lives in Bend, Oregon with his wife and two children, continuing his mission to bring Breathwork to anyone willing to try something different—and open their mind to real change.
