School of Ranch and Central Oregon Locavore invite you to their collaborative, upcoming workshop: “Spring Salads: Hearty, Healthy, Flavorful”, our 2nd of 4 cooking classes for the DIY community of Central Oregon!

Led by local wellness and culinary educator Suzanne Landry, this class will teach you how to create nutritious, flavorful salads that boost your nutrient intake using seasonal produce sourced first from local farms, then regionally as needed.
In this demonstrative workshop, you’ll discover what produce grown right here in Oregon is currently in season and how to make a variety of fresh salads for optimal flavor. Bonus!

Potluck included! Bring a small dish to share alongside the delicious, fresh salads we’ll be whipping up.

This workshop takes place from 6:00-8:30pm on Wednesday, May 7th at the OSU Extension Service Redmond Fairgrounds. The cost to attend is $40 plus $8 supplies fee. Register at https://schoolofranch.net/w-salad!
