Crux Fermentation Project announced this week that they have hired a new head brewer, Cam O'Connor, former Deschutes Brewery brewmaster who sports an impressive resume.
After completing the Master Brewer Program at University of California–Davis and stating his carer at Sierra Nevada Brewing Company, he spent a decade brewing for Deschutes Brewery. He's the man behind
Fresh Squeezed IPA and
Hop In The Dark Cascadian Dark Ale—wow, just wow.
