
Goodbye shady skids, hello patio wining and dining. It’s official—beers are now being served in the plaza in front of Crow’s Feet Commons downtown. According to owner David Marchi, who leases his historic building from the city, he recently signed a separate lease with the city that allows for beer and table service in the plaza—an area long plagued by loitering, and, reportedly, drug deals. This is exciting summer news. And the problem of unwanted loitering should take care of itself, without involving the police. Win-win.
