My question for Conger and Knopp: – you say you want smaller government, fiscal conservatism and getting the government out of the way of business, yet you TRUMPET the new OSU Cascades expansion into Bend. What did you say? Let the market decide where to put a business? Let Private Enterprise provide solutions? There are such things as private universities. You guy would be significantly less hypocritical if you were working to bring a private university to town. Doublespeak much?
