After several months of preparation, Empty Space Orchestra finally has a new website up and running. It’s got some nice bells and whistles, but far and away the sweetest thing about the new site is a free download of the band’s show at McMenamins on July 22. The recording is high-quality and gives a taste of the band’s ear-bending new sound, something you can’t get on their studio record.

In other Empty Space news, the band is taking its show on the road with a show in Eugene with fellow Bendites Ruins of Ooah on Friday, September 18.

Also, I just saw and subsequently waved at Empty Space’s keyboard player Keith O’Dell in front of our office. He’s a nice guy.
