One of Central Oregon’s biggest outdoors festivals, Bend WinterFest, kicks off tonight with a new addition to the snowy weekend – Winter Fringe, but Mike will have more about that for you later today. This year’s festival is bigger than ever and includes something for everyone. Despite SNOWCLUSTEREFF 2011 interrupting our production schedule we were able to bust out an extensive guide to the festival, which takes place in the Old Mill District and runs Friday- Sunday this weekend.
