Local photographer Brad Goldpaint is earning some accolades this week form MSNBC (soon to be just NBC) for his captivating portraits of the Oregon night sky. Goldpaint recently compiled some of the images that he has gathered over the past three years at places like Tumalo Falls, The Three Sisters Wilderness and Crater Lake into a slideshow showcasing his painstakingly shot time-lapse images. If you’re interested in seeing more of Goldpaint’s work up close and hearing how he “got the shot,” he’ll be at Christian and Regula Heeb’s Cascade Center of Photography next Saturday, July 28 at 6:30 p.m. Register here if you’re interested.
