If you love love, head down to the Environmental Center Thursday and be one of the first in Oregon to sign a state-wide petition in support of same-sex marriage.

On Monday, Basic Rights Oregon, a LBGTQ activist group out of Portland, announced the formation of Oregon United for Marriage, a group that will lead the charge for a November 2014 ballot measure in support of same-sex marriage.

Signature collecting events will be held in 14 locations across the state, including smaller towns like Lincoln City, Astoria, Tillamook and Grants Pass.
