I receive lots of food related articles in a day, but this one caught my eye immediately….

The pastry chef and owner of Hot Cakes in Seattle fell in love with the taste of all things smoked and came up with the idea to <a href=” http://www.tastingtable.com/entry_detail/national/12757“>cold smoke semi sweet chocolate chips.

Made into a rich ganache and swiped across a graham cracker for a smokey s’more, or added to pancake batter for an almost “bacon like” flavor…so gonna get me some!
