A little more than a week ago we published our annual Fiction Issue, which included short stories from five local authors, in addition to a profile on Bend native Benjamin Percy and his new novel, The Wilding.

Tonight you can meet these authors, including Percy, and hear their stories in real life at The Nature of Words in downtown Bend (224 NW Oregon). Doors open at 6pm for drinks and appetizers and the reading is scheduled to begin at 7pm, with Percy reading from and discussing his novel. He’ll also sign the book, which will be for sale at the event.
