What to do this weekend… Well, first off, get outside because by tomorrow, it’s going to be crappy again.
But tonight, here are a couple options after the Art Walk.
I’d recommend squeezing into the MadHappy Lounge where Jay Tablet is having his big ol’ CD release part. The record is awesome, by the way. The music is free and starts at 9pm, but get there by 7pm for a BBQ dinner. 21 and up.
Over at the Domino Room, there’s some fantastic reggae, if that’s your thing, with Jahdan Blakkamoore, Jah Sun, and the Redemption Band. MC Mystic is also on hand.
On Saturday, there’s plenty to do, but I’d suggest getting down to the Silver Moon for The Quick & Easy Boys. They’re funky, they’re rocky and they are downright awesome. Show is at 9pm and it’s $7.
