Boondocks Bar and Grill was once again packed for Last Band Standing last night as five more bands took the stage as their respective camps looked on (or slam danced on).

At the end of the night, it was the well-groomed fans of pop rock band Elliot, that brought home the win. The band, which has a strong following on the regional Christian rock circuit, were remarkably polished in their presentation and are perhaps the most radio-friendly (albeit somewhat cornball) to take the LBS stage thus far.

But it’s not the end of the road for another band, as Jen Meyer of Combined Communications (who is putting on the event) called a few minutes ago saying that the judges had decided to give second-place finisher, pop punkers Tuck and Roll, a pass to the next round, using the first wild card of the event.

Here’s some video from last night’s show.

  1. Were’s the video of the fifth band? Im just wondering what s.o.s sounded like Trevor seemed impressed lol

  2. They are freakin amazing…. Go to youtube and search them.. They have a few vids up there.

  3. S.O.S are actually an amazing band… I dont know why we dont have any vids of them up here, but if you go to youtube and search them there, they have a few vids up. They are pretty rough (the vids) but well worth the look.

  4. Why would you not put up all the bands. Seams unprofessional. I thought Jones road, and shades of society, were really good . But I guess they are looking for “The jonas brothers” aka Elliot, which by the way should fit in well at Rockfest. Or with the beer company sponsoring the event, seeing as how the are a Christian band. Im not sure you should mix drinking, and the allmighty, just my opinion. As far as the wild card , rumor has it tuck and roll won . They are good if you like a Blink 182 cover band , that sounds like they are strait out of 2000.

  5. Just wanted to clarify that I was unable to post the Shades of Society video because the battery in the camera I was using died — hence I had to switch to the lower quality Flip footage you see above. Sorry about that SOS fans!

  6. We appreciate the support and were going to post some video so everyone take a deep breath and try to calm down…(SHADES)
