As you probably know by now, legendary comedy writer and director John Hughes passed away today in New York City.
If you’re not sure if you’ve ever seen a Hughes film before, well, stop thinking because you almost certainly have. How about Planes Trains & Automobiles, Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, Pretty in Pink, Home Alone? Or what about The Breakfast Club? Yeah you’ve seen a John Hughes flick.

What a bummer. The only possible upside is for a Hughes movie marathon this weekend on TBS, right?

So, anybody wanna come over and watch The Breakfast Club?
