I just came across this video which appears to be an official tourism advertisement for the small Bavarian-themed town of Leavenworth in central Washington.

And yes, it appears to be real and commissioned by the town’s tourism bureau. 

This is hilarious, which begs the question — maybe Bend could make a ridiculous video like this to lure more folks this way? Maybe?
