You're pretty much the pool boy yette Frederick Keaton, the not-so famed outlaw who, according to Kroger, violated state elections law by casting a ballot in the name of his dead son. Keaton has also pleaded guilty to social security fraud for illegally claiming the benefits of his dead brother. Keaton, who received some $139,000 in benefits over 15 years, has been ordered to repay the money and faces up to a year in jail for the S.S. fraud case. Kroger tacked on a couple of class C felonies to that case and a $5,000 restitution for the 160!! hours that his staff spent investigating Keaton. Now we understand the concept of crime and time and we don't expect Keaton to walk. But did this really merit a press release? It ain't like you caught D.B. Cooper, John. WTF.
